Aroma: Intense and multi-layered, with dominant notes of ripe citrus (lemon, grapefruit) and fresh fruits (juicy pear, freshly picked peach). With aeration, refined floral hints of white flowers emerge, complemented by nuances of fresh bread, pastry, and toasted almond. Subtle spicy accents of ginger and pink peppercorns add complexity, while light chalky notes underscore its mineral freshness. Taste: Elegant and well-balanced, with a perfect harmony of freshness and roundness. A silky texture unfolds with notes of ripe citrus and tropical fruit, hints of white apricot, and lemon curd. Refined creaminess, exquisite minerality, and light toastiness with praline nuances create a complex and harmonious profile. The finish is long, delicate, with a clean and refreshing persistence. Features: The Blanc de Blancs cuvée is 100% Chardonnay, a blend of 25–30 different crus (including Grand Cru and Premier Cru), predominantly from the Côte des Blancs, Montagne de Reims, Sézannais, and Vallée de la Vesle. The wine is crafted with 20 to 40% reserve wines. Vinification takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks with full malolactic fermentation. Ageing in the cellars lasts 2–3 years. Dosage is 7 g/L. Perfect as an aperitif or paired with seafood and fish. History & Reputation: Ruinart is the oldest established Champagne house still in operation, founded on 1 September 1729 in Épernay by Nicolas Ruinart. Its creation was preceded by the prophecy of Nicolas's uncle, the Benedictine monk Dom Thierry Ruinart, who foresaw a great future for sparkling wines. By 1765, Ruinart champagne was already being shipped to Russia, and in 1826, to the United States. Today, the house is part of the prestigious LVMH group, remaining a symbol of elegance and the French art of living. The Blanc de Blancs is considered "the emblem of the Ruinart taste", embodying the house style — purity, freshness, and the refinement of Chardonnay.
